Job Description

Operate dispensing and conformal coating equipment to support the manufacturing of electronic assemblies while maintaining quality and production standards. Perform masking, coating, inspection, touch-up, machine maintenance, and material handling activities to ensure finished products meet customer specifications. Support production requirements by maintaining equipment, replenishing process materials, and performing additional manufacturing tasks as assigned.

    • $20.00 - $25.00/hour
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • 2+ years of work-related experience (electronics/manufacturing experience)
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
    • Successfully pass the required vision and medical examination
    • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with Computer Operations
    • Experience with Paint Process, Paint Systems, and Paints
    • Experience with Basic Computer Skills
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Operate dispensing and coating machines to meet customer specifications
    • Mask and tape circuit boards in designated areas prior to coating or potting
    • Inspect completed assemblies to verify proper coating coverage
    • Maintain coating and dispensing equipment for efficient operation
    • Remove excess coating and perform manual touch-up as required
    • Transport racks of circuit boards throughout the manufacturing process
    • Change machine fluids, mixers, and clean equipment as required
    • Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment
    • Support encapsulation of discrete assemblies
    • Replenish chemicals, solvents, compounds, and process fluids, including dispensing into secondary containers
    • Prepare and apply potting, bonding, coating compounds, lubricants, spray coatings, and insulating tape to components and assemblies
    • Advance and retrieve materials, products, and tools from internal departments and local suppliers
    • Complete applicable Specific Function Training courses
    • Perform additional production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
