Product Acceptance Specialist B

Job Description

Perform product acceptance inspections to verify conformance with design requirements and quality standards. Document inspection results, identify and control non-conforming material, and support corrective action activities through auditing, surveillance, and product verification. Provide objective evidence of product compliance while working directly with customers during verification activities.

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid A&P License
• 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Preferred Skills
• Experience with KC-46 aircraft
• Experience with Boeing 767 aircraft
• Experience with Auditing

• Job Duties & Functions
• Verify routine product conformance to design requirements
• Provide objective evidence of inspection and verification results
• Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities
• Identify and document product discrepancies
• Segregate and control non-conforming items
• Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming material
• Perform product reviews with customers during product and process verification
• Identify repetitive or significant non-conformances
• Initiate requests for corrective action

• Successful completion of required on-the-job or classroom training is required as a condition of the assignment
