Job Description
Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies using engineering diagrams, drawings, and work instructions. Support assembly, inspection, modification, rework, and testing of production and prototype components while maintaining quality standards. Execute soldering, mechanical assembly, bonding, and wiring tasks in a manufacturing environment.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience with the following: Mechanical Assembly, Bonding, Soldering, and Wiring
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Job Duties & Functions
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- Assemble modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
- Work from diagrams, drawings, and layout instructions
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Make continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies
- Conduct quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies and subassemblies
- Test experimental and prototype assemblies under simulated conditions
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
