Material Handler

Job Description

Support light industrial material handling operations by cutting wire, printing labels, and filling orders in a high-volume production environment. Operate on first shift with frequent movement while utilizing basic computer functions and performing measurements, numerical interpretation, and color differentiation. Maintain consistent task completion while handling physical demands, including lifting and material processing throughout the shift.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly OT40

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
• 1-2 years of experience with attention to detail, being detail-oriented, and basic computer skills

• Cut wire to specified lengths according to work instructions
• Print labels for order and material identification
• Fill customer or production orders accurately
• Operate basic computer systems for task completion
• Measure lengths and verify material specifications
• Differentiate colors and numerical values during processing
• Maintain continuous movement throughout shift activities

• Physical Requirements & Environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds during material handling tasks
• Stand and move continuously for extended periods during shift
• Work in a fast-paced light industrial environment
