Job Description

Verify product conformance to engineering and design requirements by performing inspections, audits, surveillance activities, and documenting inspection results. Utilize precision measuring equipment and engineering drawings to ensure products meet quality standards while identifying, documenting, and controlling non-conforming material. Support corrective action initiatives and customer product verification activities.

    • Variable Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Proficiency using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and thread gauges
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Successful completion of required on-the-job training or formal classroom training
    • Preferred Skills
    • Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience documenting inspection results and non-conformances
    • Knowledge of product acceptance and quality assurance processes
    • Experience supporting corrective action initiatives
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Experience working with engineering documentation and technical specifications
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Verify product conformance to engineering and design requirements
    • Provide objective evidence of inspection results
    • Perform audits, surveillance, and monitoring activities
    • Identify and document product discrepancies
    • Segregate and control non-conforming material
    • Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming products
    • Conduct product reviews with customers during product and process verification
    • Identify recurring or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests
    • Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
    • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
    • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Work onsite full-time
    • Variable first or second shift assignment
