Job Description
Analyze manufacturing processes and production performance to improve production stability, efficiency, and workflow through industrial engineering methodologies. Support process improvement initiatives by documenting time standards, evaluating production systems, and recommending Lean manufacturing solutions while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and production support organizations. Develop process improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, and production flow.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related business curriculum
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment
- 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
- 1+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience developing and deploying standard processes
- Proficiency in structured problem solving
- Experience with capacity planning and resource utilization
- Experience identifying process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Experience with supply chain planning and logistics
- Experience developing visual performance metrics and reporting tools
- Job Duties & Functions
- Document production time standards and manufacturing processes
- Analyze production performance against daily schedules and customer orders
- Observe manufacturing build processes and identify process improvement opportunities
- Learn production sequencing and resource alignment requirements
- Identify safety and ergonomic improvement opportunities
- Perform root cause analysis to identify quality defect trends
- Recommend improvements that reduce non-value-added work and improve production flow
- Develop disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production support organizations
- Support production stabilization initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Must be able to crouch, remain semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs throughout the workday
- Work onsite full-time
- Support manufacturing operations in a production environment
