Job Description

Develop and maintain components of integrated master schedules supporting multiple mission requirements across various locations. Provide planning, scheduling, and program execution support through schedule development, analysis, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination. Support program management activities by evaluating schedule performance, contractual impacts, and program execution metrics.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree with 9-15 years of experience or Master's degree with 7-13 years of experience
    • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Possess 5+ years of experience with cost and/or schedule integration
    • Lead cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
    • Deliver presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Preferred Skills
    • Develop a basic understanding of technical products while working independently across technical teams
    • Provide risk and opportunity analysis input
    • Utilize Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
    • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
    • Demonstrate experience with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR)
    • Utilize Milestones Professional software
    • Support Capture, Research and Development, and Production Scheduling requirements and dependencies
    • Perform work supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of Program Integrated Master Schedule components
    • Support proposal schedule development activities
    • Review and support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development
    • Advise Program Management regarding contractual impacts and critical program events
    • Ensure communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams
    • Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis
    • Develop knowledge and application of Earned Value Management principles
    • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production organizations
    • Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required
    • Support multiple mission requirements located across various locations
    • Perform planning and scheduling activities independently as a self-starter
    • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
