Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop and execute software testing activities by creating test procedures, conducting validation testing, and supporting mission-aligned software quality standards. Implement and maintain automated test frameworks while applying defined development lifecycle processes and technical standards for software systems. Analyze software behavior, resolve program defects, and ensure system functionality through structured testing and integration support.

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Unreal Engine Development
• 4 - 6 years of experience with C++ - Advanced Level
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Test automation experience
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Integration
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Job Duties & Functions
• Creates test procedures aligned with mission requirements and internal standards
• Conducts software testing to validate functionality and system performance
• Implements automated test frameworks to support development lifecycle processes
• Applies established standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout software development activities
• Analyzes system capabilities and evaluates program intent, input data acquisition, and output requirements
• Corrects program errors and supports debugging efforts
• Prepares operating instructions and technical documentation
• Compiles documentation of program development and testing activities
