Job Description

Support systems engineering activities for defense and aerospace platforms in Oklahoma City, OK, focusing on requirements verification, system architecture development, and integration support. Develop and analyze system requirements, verification plans, and data analysis approaches to ensure compliance with technical and certification standards. Collaborate across engineering teams to support system design, validation, and model-based systems engineering activities across multiple aircraft and mission platforms.

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
    • 2+ years of related systems engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience in systems architecture development and modeling tools (CAMEO/MSOSA or Rhapsody)
    • Experience in requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS
    • Experience in verification and validation of system requirements
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Preferred Skills
    • 3+ years of related systems engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience in ICD development, logical architecture, and requirements specification development
    • Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management
    • Experience supporting SRR, PDR, and CDR design reviews
    • Experience in systems integration and test (lab, ground, or flight test environments)
    • Experience in FAA, EASA, or military airworthiness and certification processes
    • INCOSE Certification
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Develop system requirements, decomposition, and allocation across aircraft systems
    • Perform system logical and functional analysis and decomposition
    • Develop system architecture, design, and synthesis models
    • Support system verification and validation activities against requirements
    • Support FAA and military certification activities
    • Manage technical performance measures, risks, issues, and opportunities
    • Lead and support cross-functional engineering teams and technical design reviews
    • Develop and deliver SEIT artifacts including architecture models, specifications, and reports
    • Collaborate with internal and external customer organizations
    • Mentor and coach engineering team members on process and deliverables
    • Participate in system integration, ground test, and flight test support activities
    • Utilize model-based systems engineering tools such as CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS, and TeamCenter
    • Develop and support data analysis plans for verification activities
