Job Description
Support flight test program planning and execution for system-level testing activities at Edwards AFB, CA. Lead coordination of flight test operations across flight sciences and mission systems functions. Develop, execute, and document test procedures, analyze results, and ensure compliance with system requirements and program objectives.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 5+ years of experience with flight test principles or direct support of flight test operations
- 5+ years of experience in planning and conducting system-level lab, ground, or flight testing
- 100+ hours of control room experience as a Test Conductor
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with electrical systems, hardware, and software integration
- Experience in computer networking systems, with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in aerospace software and hardware environments
- Knowledge of network or systems testing and verification
- Telecommunications experience in cellular, SATCOM, ground servers for SATCOM, or Wi-Fi
- Experience in systems engineering, including requirements development, functional decomposition, allocation, integration, analysis, and verification
- Familiarity with engineering processes and methods
- Knowledge of FAA certification processes
- Experience supporting system integration during an airplane development program
- Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams and customers, both internal and external
- Demonstrated project management skills in a fast-paced, highly integrated environment
- Experience with Model-Based Development tools
- Experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems

- Supports development and verification of test methods
- Develops detailed test procedures, instrumentation, and configuration definitions
- Performs planning and execution of aircraft ground and flight test activities
- Reviews test data for accuracy, quality, and fidelity prior to delivery
- Prepares and publishes test reports to document results and requirements compliance
- Presents test results internally to stakeholders
- Archives test data and reports
- Trains and guides junior test conductors in flight test execution
