Job Description

Perform fabrication, assembly, installation, and coating activities on composite, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and avionics-related components. Support manufacturing operations by working from established drawings and requirements on articles of moderate complexity.

• $22.95 - $32.12 BOE

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs

• Preferred Skills
• 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ months of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
• Experience with managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
• Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)

• Job Duties & Functions
• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks
• Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components
• Install and assemble wire harnesses and avionics products
• Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation
• Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements
• Work on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements
