Job Description
Support manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and improving production processes within a manufacturing environment. Analyze production issues, disposition quality defects, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements, procedures, and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility performing engineering support
- 3+ years of experience with SAP
- 3+ years of experience with quality defect dispositioning
- 3+ years of experience with Preliminary Material Review (PMR)
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manualsPreferred Skills
- Experience supporting production improvement initiatives
- Experience with statistical process control methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing process optimization techniques
- Experience working within regulated manufacturing environmentsJob Duties & Functions
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling
- Develop efficient plant layouts and machine arrangements to maximize productivity and workflow
- Establish manufacturing sequences and procedures for tooling, equipment fabrication, and production operations
- Adapt machine and equipment designs to meet factory and production requirements
- Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production plans, as required
- Inspect machinery, equipment, and tooling performance to verify operational efficiency
- Investigate manufacturing deficiencies and initiate corrective actions to resolve quality and process issues
- Analyze production concerns and support quality defect disposition activities
- Coordinate Preliminary Material Review (PMR) activities and provide engineering support for material dispositions
- Implement manufacturing processes compatible with statistical process control methodologies
- Provide guidance to engineering teams regarding design concepts, manufacturing methods, and specification requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability and production performance
- Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations and company requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and throughputPhysical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing production environment
- Remain stationary, move throughout production areas, and operate within industrial settings
- Use computers, manufacturing systems, and standard office equipment
- May require extended periods of standing, walking, and supporting production floor activities
