Guide agile development activities supporting operational baseline updates for engineering teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain alignment between stakeholders and product owners, and promote Agile best practices across the organization. Support team performance, backlog management, risk communication, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with government and security requirements.

- Scrum Master certification required
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Oral and Written Communication Skills
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Problem Solving Capability
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Agile Software Development
- 2 - 4 years of experience with JIRA
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Engineering Design Principles
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Meeting Facilitation
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Software Engineering
- Experience working in IT, Full Stack, Software, or Systems Engineering environments
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Must be local to Orlando and willing to work onsite more than 50% of the time
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Systems Engineering
- 1 - 2 years of experience with Hardware Integration
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Metrics Development
- Job Duties & Functions
- Guides one or more Agile teams through operational baseline update activities
- Facilitates Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Promotes Agile principles and best practices throughout the organization
- Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and groomed backlogs
- Communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Tracks team performance metrics and supports continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifies impediments affecting team progress and drives resolution efforts
- Maintains transparency through burndown charts, dashboards, and related reporting tools
- Ensures compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Works in an office and collaborative engineering environment
- Supports onsite activities greater than 50% of the work schedule
- Performs duties using computer-based collaboration and project management tools
- May participate in meetings with cross-functional engineering and program teams
