Job Description
Perform aircraft engine maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair activities on corporate aircraft at customer locations. Support aircraft return-to-service operations through mobile response assignments, maintenance execution, regulatory compliance, and customer-facing technical support. Travel as required to provide on-site maintenance assistance and ensure aircraft airworthiness.

- Valid A&P License
- 3+ years ofexperience in aircraft engine maintenance or substantiated equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience on corporate jet aircraft
- 1+ year ofexperience on Bombardier aircraft models
- Interpret mechanical engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal personnel
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
- Must be able to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays
- Must be able to work in seasonal and inclement weather conditions outdoors
- Must have the ability to be available for considerable travel with 2 hours' notice, including extended assignments lasting up to 30 days
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, contractors, customers, and other business areas
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain insurable status
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required
- Possess a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge
- Ability to obtain a corporate credit card and maintain compliance with company guidelines
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in customer relations with emphasis on customer-facing interactions
- Experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures

- Job Duties & Functions
- Adhere to company General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar environments
- Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Participate in 5-S activities and perform assigned work in a safe and timely manner
- Troubleshoot aircraft engine systems and related components
- Repair engines and associated aircraft systems in accordance with approved maintenance procedures
- Install aircraft engine components and related equipment as required
- Inspect engines, aircraft systems, incoming parts, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Document completed maintenance activities in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations
- Support maintenance activities in avionics, structures, composites, and other disciplines as required
- Operate ground support equipment during maintenance operations
- Assist with mechanical and electrical component removals and installations
- Return aircraft to service following maintenance activities at off-site locations
- Act as a shipping and receiving agent for aircraft parts and materials
- Provide maintenance time estimates to support operational planning
- Audit assigned work locations and service vehicles on a monthly basis
- Perform additional duties as assigned
