Job Description

Support full-cycle talent acquisition activities for manufacturing and engineering positions by developing recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Manage multiple requisitions while leveraging recruitment technologies, market intelligence, and process improvements to deliver an efficient candidate experience.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including complex and high-volume hiring
    • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
    • Experience recruiting within the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools
    • Strong understanding of market trends and recruitment best practices
    • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Develop innovative recruitment strategies for critical positions
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
    • Conduct market research and advise hiring managers on hiring trends and recruitment practices
    • Leverage technology platforms to optimize sourcing activities and enhance the candidate experience
    • Design candidate generation strategies that build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
    • Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition process improvement initiatives
    • Promote a positive candidate experience while representing the company professionally
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to increase hiring effectiveness
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
    • Maintain candidate profiles within SuccessFactors as required
