Job Description
Develop, test, and integrate software supporting hardware-in-the-loop certification and integration testing for Operational Flight Program software on the F-22 platform. Execute software development activities using C++ and Python on Linux platforms while supporting requirements definition, design reviews, and coding standard compliance. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to modernize locally developed test, analysis, and data recording applications.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science and typically 9-15 years of work-related experience
- 7+ years of experience with C++ programming on Linux platforms (RHEL)
- 7+ years of experience with Python programming on Linux platforms (RHEL)
- 2+ years of experience with GIT, MAKE, and VSCode
- 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Client/Server architecture and network administration
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript, ADA, and PERL
- 6+ years of experience with MS Windows
- 6+ years of experience with Visual Studios
- Job Duties & Functions
- Develop software applications on Linux platforms using C++ and Python
- Participate in requirements definition activities and design reviews
- Design software solutions supporting test execution, data recording, and analysis systems
- Code applications in accordance with established local coding standards
- Test and validate software functionality to ensure compliance with program requirements
- Integrate developed software into hardware-in-the-loop laboratory environments
- Support modernization efforts for locally developed software products
- Coordinate with Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and Air Force civilian engineers on multidisciplinary projects
- Adapt to evolving program priorities within a fast-paced team environment
- Communicate technical information effectively through written and verbal interactions
