Provide high-level administrative support to the Controller Vice President, and the Controller leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and supporting executive operations. Perform complex administrative functions requiring independent judgment, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving. Support business rhythm activities and ensure smooth execution of scheduling, communications, and office coordination tasks.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with 4-8 years of work-related experience
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Experience arranging travel and completing expense reports
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with RMS or Lockheed Martin
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of management, peers, government, and industry personnel
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
- Job Duties & Functions
- Provide correspondence support, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and complete expense reports for executive leadership
- Manage executive calendars while coordinating with other administrative staff and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Anticipate executive needs and manage complex travel itineraries with minimal supervision
- Perform independent administrative decision-making and problem resolution across multiple priorities
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, including video conferencing and Teams support
- Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and support shipping and mail activities
- Support department staff with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
- Handle occasional after-hours support needs to resolve urgent business issues
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- On-site work required approximately 2 days per week
- May be required to work outside normal office hours on occasion
- Must handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
