Job Description
Design and develop circuit card assemblies, flexprints, and cable harness solutions supporting advanced electronic systems. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements, execute schematic capture and layout activities, and support integration, testing, and product development throughout the design lifecycle.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience with circuit card design, integration, and test
- Experience with developing and refining system requirements, including performance, interface, and environmental requirements
- Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent for schematic capture
- Experience with Cadence PSpice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with MFC circuit card design processes
- Experience with military standards and specifications, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704
- Experience with Xilinx UltraScale FPGAs
- Job Duties & Functions
- Drive circuit card architecture, schematic capture, and EPCAD layout activities
- Collaborate with electrical and cross-functional engineering teams to address integration and interface challenges
- Define system, performance, and interface requirements for electronic hardware designs
- Refine engineering requirements and maintain supporting technical documentation
- Support development of multiple circuit card assemblies throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage bills of material, part sourcing, and hardware build-up activities
- Select electrical connectors and develop cable routing layouts
- Evaluate hardware failures and support troubleshooting investigations
- Provide technical direction for failure analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate design activities through the Design Assurance process
- Develop circuit card assemblies, flexprints, and cable harness solutions
- Maintain project ownership from concept development through implementation
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work onsite a minimum of three days per week in Grand Prairie, TX
- Support telework less than 50% based on program requirements
- Follow a first shift 4/10 work schedule
- Maintain availability for core onsite collaboration days on Tuesday and Wednesday
