Job Description
Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and compliance with FAA standards. Research, interpret, and apply technical data while supporting maintenance operations on mid-sized jets, turbo jets, and propeller-driven aircraft.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Valid A&P License
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Demonstrate prior aircraft ground handling experience
- Maintain the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess an acceptable driving record
- Pass a background check
- Participate in the DOT drug and alcohol screening program
- Complete annual recurrent training as required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Job Duties & Functions
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of mid-sized jet, turbo jet, and propeller-driven aircraft
- Conduct aircraft inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and maintenance discrepancies
- Execute small repairs and line maintenance activities
- Research technical manuals, maintenance data, and applicable documentation to support maintenance tasks
- Interpret technical data and apply maintenance procedures to assigned work
- Document maintenance actions and technical records to ensure compliance and aircraft airworthiness
- Support maintenance operations within a Repair Station environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest FAA standards
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Communicate with customers and employees in person, by phone, and through radio communications
- Remain seated, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently
- Push and pull up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Work inside a hangar and outside in all types of weather conditions
- Perform duties in direct contact with moving and non-moving aircraft
- Experience exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
- Support shift work, including evenings, weekends, company holidays, and overtime when necessary
- Travel occasionally as required
