Job Description
Support product acceptance and quality assurance activities by verifying product conformance to design requirements, conducting inspections and audits, and documenting non-conformance findings. Coordinate product verification processes while maintaining compliance with aerospace manufacturing and quality standards.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing and able to work any shift assigned
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience with the following types of hand tools, including calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, and go/no-go gages
- 1+ year experience navigating CMES
- 1+ years of experience working with REDARS, IVT
- Job Duties & Functions
- Verify routine product conformance to design requirements
- Provide objective evidence of inspection and verification results
- Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities throughout production operations
- Identify and document discrepancies identified during inspection and review processes
- Segregate and control non-conforming items in accordance with quality procedures
- Conduct preliminary reviews and dispositions of non-conformance conditions
- Coordinate product reviews with customers during product and process verification activities
- Initiate requests for corrective action involving repetitive or significant non-conformances
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document quality findings and maintain records
- Support quality assurance activities within aerospace manufacturing operations
- Maintain compliance with established quality standards and production requirements
- Attend classroom and Structured On-the-Job Training programs as required for assignment completion
- Support overtime requirements based on business needs
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work onsite full-time in North Charleston, SC
- Support variable shifts based on business needs
- Attend general class training at Trident Tech for approximately 2 months
- Complete Structured On-the-Job Training for approximately 4 months
- Training duration may extend up to 6 months, depending on individual progress
