Job Description

Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, soldering, and sub-assembly work for production and prototype assemblies. Support manufacturing operations by interpreting diagrams and drawings, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality and production standards.

    • $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly OT40
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • 3+ years of work-related experience
    • Soldering experience
    • Sub-assembly experience
    • Working knowledge and experience with wiring and soldering to terminals
    • Read, interpret, and apply knowledge of blueprints, manuals, FARs, etc
    • Experience using hand and/or power tools
    • Ability to perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies
    • Perform quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications
    • Hands-on experience to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications
    • Experience running wires
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
    • Assemble modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables according to specifications
    • Execute sub-assembly tasks involving wiring and soldering to terminals
    • Interpret diagrams and drawings to complete assembly layouts and production activities
    • Operate hand and power tools to support assembly and fabrication processes
    • Inspect work in process and completed assemblies by conducting continuity checks
    • Verify product quality through inspections performed in accordance with quality specifications
    • Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies
    • Test assemblies and subassemblies under simulated operating conditions
    • Support manufacturing operations while maintaining compliance with production and quality requirements
    • Maintain regular attendance and schedule flexibility for required overtime hours
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • On-site full-time work in Clearwater, FL
    • Required overtime of 10 hours per week
    • Ability to use hand and power tools
    • Ability to complete Vision/Medical Testing requirements
    • Must pass required medical examination as outlined in the supplier guide
