Job Description
Supports aircraft inspection, maintenance, and structural integrity programs in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment. This position is responsible for performing nondestructive testing inspections using approved methods and procedures while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company quality standards.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with General / Turboprop / Corporate aircraft
- Level II NDT Certification in one or more methods such as PT, MT, UT, ET, or VT
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years of work-related experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous aerospace, aviation maintenance, or MRO experience
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and inspection procedures
- Possess the ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Computer proficiency with inspection reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working under NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A certification programs
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Experience performing aircraft structural inspections
- Eddy Current or Ultrasonic inspection experience
- Familiarity with Part 145 Repair Station operations
- Quality Assurance or auditing experience
- Job Duties & Functions
- Perform nondestructive inspections utilizing methods including PT, MT, UT, ET, and VT in accordance with approved procedures
- Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT inspection equipment
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results to determine the serviceability of aircraft components and structures
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain detailed documentation of findings
- Ensure all inspections comply with FAA regulations, customer specifications, and company procedures
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, technical data, and inspection procedures
- Support maintenance and quality teams with troubleshooting and inspection activities
- Maintain certification requirements and training records in accordance with NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A standards
- Assist with audits, quality investigations, and corrective action activities as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety policies and procedures
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
- Work at heights and on maintenance stands
- Exposure to aircraft noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures within hangar and ramp environments
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment
