Job Description

Supports the operation and maintenance of cyber-compliant computer systems within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include system security administration, software patching, vulnerability management, troubleshooting cyber settings, and maintaining administrator accounts and system documentation.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • CompTIA Security+ Certification required
    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 or more years of related Information Technology or System Administration experience
    • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting cybersecurity settings impacting embedded software operation
    • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment
    • Capacity to interpret security and information protection policies into executable requirements and technical solutions
    • Local candidates within driving distance of Riviera Beach, FL
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Preferred Skills
    • Knowledge of Information Assurance tools, including Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIG Viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker, and eSTIG
    • Experience with C++ programming language development
    • Ability scripting with Python, PowerShell, Node.js, or similar languages
    • Understanding CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Docker, and container-based microservice architecture
    • Linux OS with 4 to 6 years of experience using Linux OS
    • MS Windows with 2 to 4 years of related experience
    • Linux Certification
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Maintain smooth operation of cyber-compliant computer systems
    • Coordinate with network administrators to support system functionality and security compliance
    • Perform software patching, virus scanning, vulnerability scanning, and system backups
    • Troubleshoot cybersecurity settings impacting embedded software operation
    • Interpret security and information protection policies into executable technical solutions
    • Establish and maintain administrator and service accounts
    • Document system configurations and updates
    • Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Work performed in an on-site manufacturing environment
    • Ability to work a 4/10 first shift schedule
    • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer use may be required
    • Must be able to perform duties in a dynamic and demanding environment
    • Use of standard office and computer equipment required
