Job Description
Perform setup, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies in a high-mix aerospace and defense production environment. Support manufacturing operations by executing component-level diagnostics, circuit validation, and functional test procedures to ensure product performance and compliance with engineering specifications.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of direct electronics testing experience or equivalent technical training and experience
- Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state and digital circuits
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite and data collection programs for documentation of maintenance actions
- Set up test apparatus and conduct electronic testing on circuit card assemblies and subassemblies
- Utilize schematic diagrams to isolate failures in analog and digital circuitry
- Interpret test methods, procedures, and engineering specifications
- Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting methods and techniques
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Experience in troubleshooting and testing electronic circuit cards
- Skilled in electronics troubleshooting activities
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with RF, digital circuitry troubleshooting, and radar systems
- MIL-STD-167-1A (vibration and thermal environmental stress screening (ESS) testing
- Flying probe operation experience
- Experience supporting military backshop repair of circuit cards, LRUs, or subassemblies
- Job Duties & Functions
- Set up test equipment and conduct functional and diagnostic testing of electronic assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies
- Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to the component level using schematic diagrams and test equipment
- Analyze test results to determine performance issues and verify product compliance with specifications
- Adjust and calibrate electronic systems and test equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability
- Repair assemblies by replacing defective components and verifying operational performance
- Utilize digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, frequency standards, and signal generators
- Document test results, maintenance actions, and troubleshooting findings in data collection systems
- Assist engineers in developing test procedures and recommending product or process improvements
- Monitor product quality and support statistical process control or other quality verification systems
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work onsite full-time in a manufacturing environment
- Stand, sit, and perform repetitive electronic testing and troubleshooting tasks
- Use electronic test equipment, hand tools, and diagnostic instruments
- Maintain compliance with ESD-controlled and production test environments
