Job Description
Builds, modifies, and installs aircraft cabinetry and interior components for corporate and business jet aircraft while supporting refurbishment and modification projects. Performs fabrication, fitting, finishing, and installation activities in compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 3 years of aircraft cabinet building or aircraft interior installation experience on Corporate aircraft
- Applies ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical manuals
- Utilizes knowledge of aircraft interior materials, adhesives, laminates, veneers, and hardware
- Exhibits experience using woodworking tools, precision measuring devices, and shop equipment
- Performs detailed finish work with strong attention to craftsmanship
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Supports independent work and collaboration within a team environment
- Utilizes basic computer skills preferred
- Preferred Skills
- Demonstrates previous experience performing aircraft interior refurbishments on business jet aircraft
- Applies familiarity with FAA regulations and aircraft interior installation standards
- Utilizes experience with cabinet finishing and upholstery coordination
- Identifies and resolves fitment and installation issues during modification projects
- Job Duties & Functions
- Builds, modifies, assembles, and installs aircraft cabinetry and interior furnishings
- Interprets engineering drawings, blueprints, and installation diagrams
- Fabricates cabinet components using woodworking and composite materials
- Performs laminate work, veneer application, sanding, trimming, and finishing tasks
- Installs aircraft interior components including cabinetry, sidewalls, panels, monuments, and trim pieces
- Measures, cuts, fits, and aligns materials to meet aircraft specifications and tolerances
- Operates shop equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Inspects completed work to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Coordinates with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet project schedules
- Follows all safety procedures and company policies
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined aircraft spaces for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals commonly found in aviation maintenance environments
- Ability to use personal protective equipment as required
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
