Inventory / Material Analyst

Job Description

Submits requisitions and procurement requests for aerospace engineering components and supplies while supporting inventory tracking, status reporting, and material flow coordination. Monitors lead times, expedites materials, and supports schedule and inventory management activities.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in Requisition / Inventory Management or a related field.
• Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience with Purchasing
• Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent manual and clerical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Job Duties & Functions
• Generate requisitions and procurement requests
• Track approvals, order placement, and receipt of goods
• Maintain status metrics and resolve build shortages
• Monitor lead times and identify late shipments
• Coordinate with buyers to expedite long lead items
• Support build and integration schedule monitoring
• Manage instrument property and inventory tracking
