Job Description
Support Bombardier aircraft operators by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and operational support to improve aircraft reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, support field activities, and promote best practices for aircraft operation and maintenance.

- Education & Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance
- 2+ years of experience supporting company aircraft, including Global 5000/6000 series, Global 7500, Challenger 300/350 series, and Challenger 605/650 series
- Demonstrated aircraft troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency using word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers, departments, organizations, and regulatory agencies
- Business writing skills necessary to prepare reports and correspondence
- Ability to travel as required
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
- EASA Aircraft Maintenance License
- Self-driven approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Job Duties & Functions
- Support customers with integrating Bombardier business aircraft into their operations while promoting safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical and operational issues
- Prioritize technical concerns and coordinate escalation within customer organizations and the company
- Deliver informal training on aircraft operation, maintenance, logistics, and technical procedures
- Keep management informed of significant operational and maintenance issues affecting customer aircraft
- Identify opportunities to improve customer operating procedures involving Bombardier aircraft
- Promote implementation of recommended actions by communicating Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other technical documentation
- Prepare reports in accordance with established schedules and reporting requirements
- Lead field teams or assist with modification retrofits, product upgrades, and damage repairs at customer facilities or service centers
- Utilize internal customer support processes and in-service systems to resolve customer concerns
- Recognize recurring fleet issues and communicate findings to Technical Services for product improvement initiatives
- Participate in fleet reliability reviews and customer operational meetings
- Travel to service facilities to oversee complex troubleshooting activities or support customer requests
