Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Designs, develops, and implements embedded software supporting missile subsystem functionality, including requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, and flight test support. Performs software development activities across the full lifecycle, including debugging, deployment, and system integration.

• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

• Education & Job Requirements
• Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years.
• Experience in software engineering and software development
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to interpret program needs, formulate solutions, and communicate to leadership effectively.
• Knowledge and Experience with Embedded Linux
• Proficient in C++ programming
• Experience deploying, debugging, and Integrating Embedded Software on Hardware
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Preferred Skills
• Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience designing ground system embedded software.
• Experience with GitLab
• Software integration and verification experience
