Job Description

Performs assembly, modification, troubleshooting, and testing of aerospace systems and components, supporting V-22 aircraft maintenance and depot-level modification activities across structural and electrical/avionics disciplines.

    • Position Details
    • Aerospace Maintenance / Military Support
    • Contract – Approximately 12 Months
    • 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
    • Must be a U.S. Person
    • $38.08 - $46.60 Hourly
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • 4+ years of aerospace maintenance, modification, or repair experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience with V-22 aircraft maintenance and modification
    • Experience in either Electrical/Avionics or Airframes systems
    • Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance practices, including FOD control, tool control, and safety procedures
    • Ability to perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems
    • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Preferred Skills
    • A&P License
    • Quality Assurance experience
    • Depot-level modification experience
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Assembles, disassembles, and modifies aerospace components to correct failures or implement design changes
    • Removes and replaces components to support repair, testing, and serviceability requirements
    • Troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems to isolate faults and determine corrective actions
    • Performs functional, diagnostic, and verification testing on aerospace systems and assemblies
    • Coordinates assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Documents repairs, modifications, inspections, and test results in accordance with established procedures
    • Inspects components and verifies serviceability prior to installation
    • Identifies discrepancies and supports resolution in coordination with engineering teams
    • Performs modifications to meet product and program requirements
    • Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Performs physical activities including bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, crawling, and standing for extended periods
    • Works in environments requiring balance on ladders, scaffolding, and inclined surfaces
    • Lifts and carries materials up to 35 pounds
