Job Description
Performs maintenance on corporate and general aviation aircraft, including inspections, testing, repair, and servicing, ensuring compliance with FAA-approved technical data and airworthiness standards.

- MRO / Part 145 Repair Station
- Corporate and General Aviation Aircraft
- Contract to Direct
- Rotating 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Tools Provided w/truck
- $45.00 - $52.00 Hourly ($2,500 gross guarantee on mandatory work week, additional $100 stipend for voluntary call-in work)
- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A&P License
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience working on corporate jets and turboprop aircraft
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting AOG situations
- Maintain at least 1.5 years of experience on a minimum of two airframes, including Hawker, Citation, King Air, Global, or Gulfstream
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to support extensive domestic travel with short-notice deployment and 24/7 on-call rotation
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Job Duties & Functions
- Conduct inspections, testing, repairs, and servicing of aircraft systems and components
- Execute maintenance in accordance with FAA-approved technical data and regulatory requirements
- Interpret maintenance manuals and technical specifications to determine repair methods and feasibility
- Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and return-to-service paperwork with accuracy
- Travel to aircraft locations, including airports, FBOs, and remote sites, to perform maintenance
- Support additional maintenance tasks and operational requirements as assigned
