Tool & Fixture Specialist B

Job Description

Performs tooling setup, fabrication, and repair activities to support manufacturing operations, ensuring tools and fixtures are properly assembled, maintained, and available for production use.

• 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Tools Not Required
• $31.79 - $37.09 Hourly

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 or more years of experience in tooling, fabrication, or manufacturing support
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Job Duties & Functions
• Performs routine tool setup activities to support manufacturing operations
• Executes minor repairs and maintenance on tools and fixtures
• Fabricates and assembles tooling components in accordance with specifications
• Operates factory support equipment to transport materials and tooling as needed
• Provides tooling support to production and cross-functional teams
• Assists in determining fabrication and assembly methods for tooling design
• Supports reverse engineering efforts for tooling and part development
• Follows work instructions and completes required training prior to independent work
• Adheres to production schedules and adjusts to changing operational demands

• Physical Requirements & Environment
• Performs work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment
• Handles tools, materials, and components requiring manual dexterity
• Works assigned shift hours with potential overtime as required
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance in a production setting
