Job Description

The Assembler performs surface-mount technology (SMT) soldering, touch-up, and inspection activities to ensure electronic assemblies meet quality standards and customer specifications. The role supports production by identifying defects and maintaining precision in assembly processes.

• Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Tool Requirements: Microscope, AOI equipment, and soldering tools required
• Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 Hourly

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SMT touch-up soldering after reflow
• Proficient in identifying solder defects using microscopes and inspection equipment
• Experience working with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) assemblies
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and precision
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Job Duties & Functions
• Perform touch-up soldering on SMT assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Inspect electronic assemblies using microscopes and AOI equipment to identify solder defects
• Evaluate and correct defects resulting from solder reflow processes
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in assembly and inspection activities
• Support production flow by completing assigned tasks within required timeframes
• Follow quality procedures and documentation requirements during all assembly processes
