Job Description
Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft airframes and engines in accordance with FAA Part 145 requirements. Supports structural repairs, fabrication, and installation activities while ensuring all work meets regulatory and quality standards. Documents maintenance actions and collaborates with team members to support operational readiness and flight activities. Contributes to safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience with commercial turbine helicopter maintenance in a Part 145 environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and engines.
- Perform major sheet metal repairs and fabricate sheet metal and composite parts.
- Install modification kits and assist with aircraft fly-offs.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Document all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and team lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as required.
- Good vision to identify defects and focus on small details.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
