Supports the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications for Customer Engineering operations. Contributes to application development, production support, and system improvements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Translates business and technical requirements into functional applications and participates in modernization and technical design efforts. Provides ongoing support for application performance, data management, and issue resolution.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Technical Bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years of related work experience, OR a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years of related work experience, OR a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in full-stack .NET application development, Salesforce development, web application development, or database development and support.
    • Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting issues.
    • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into application solutions.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
