Job Description

Supports supply chain operations by ensuring on-time delivery and recovery of transactional spares while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned delivery requirements, maintaining accurate system data and resolving supply chain constraints. Performs analysis, including root cause and trend evaluations, to improve performance and meet delivery objectives. Communicates status updates and performance metrics to leadership while supporting government program requirements.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree + 1 year of related work experience, 7 years of related work experience, etc.).
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Preferred Skills
    • Experience in supplier management best practices.
    • Experience in understanding supply chain constraints.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Validate shop and supplier schedules and ensure performance aligns with the plan.
    • Maintain accurate data in systems reflecting the current status.
    • Develop solutions to complex supply chain problems aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Perform root cause analysis and end-of-month escape analysis.
    • Serve as the primary focal and spokesperson for assigned orders and delivery requirements.
    • Brief leadership on performance and delivery status of transactional spares.
    • Identify and resolve supply chain constraints, discrepancies, and risks.
    • Monitor performance metrics, perform trend analysis, and implement mitigation actions.
    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to support financial performance and on-time delivery.
    • Utilize systems and tools, including PC Queries, GOLD, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
