Job Description

The Systems Engineer 3 is responsible for developing and managing requirements processes, risk and opportunity assessments, and technology readiness activities to support engineering operations. This role involves heavy data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Access to support scheduling, reporting, and decision-making. The position requires resolving cross-functional technical issues and ensuring the effective implementation of systems engineering processes. The Systems Engineer will play a key role in data-driven engineering support within a collaborative environment.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 5 or more years of experience in an engineering classification, OR a Master’s degree with typically 3 or more years of experience in an engineering classification, or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Experience in data management and data analysis.
• Experience using Tableau, Excel, and Access.
• Experience with Keyfactors.
• Experience in automation or a similar industry.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Utilize Microsoft tools to support data tracking and scheduling activities.
