Job Description

The Product Acceptance Specialist A is responsible for verifying customer orders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and customer specifications. This role involves performing detailed product inspections, validating documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of order processing. The specialist supports quality assurance operations by managing non-conforming materials and maintaining proper documentation. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality inspection processes are essential.

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or a regulated industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using SAP.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection.
• Ability to verify product conformance and validate documentation accuracy.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Verify product conformance requirements.
• Perform physical product inspections and validate documentation for accuracy.
• Validate FAA type approval codes for customer products.
• Segregate and control non-conforming items.
• Scan the product to the inspector’s line for inspection.
• Complete FAA Form 8130-3 and non-regulatory documentation such as ATA 106.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer orders.
• Route work according to weight requirements and redirect as necessary.
• Enter information into SAP and scan materials in and out of quality assurance.
• Support additional quality assurance tasks as assigned by management.
