Job Description
Lead systems integration efforts supporting certification and entry into service by managing cross-functional technical risks, issues, and initiatives. Develop and execute integrated project plans while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with certification milestones. Provide technical and program leadership across multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex system integration challenges. Support certification activities through risk management, investigation, and implementation of solutions to achieve program objectives.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
- A minimum of 9+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Preferred Skills
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience with transport category aircraft, including Boeing 7-Series or McDonnell Douglas aircraft.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with U.S. and/or foreign aircraft certification and regulatory processes.
- A minimum of 14+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification and/or experience working with FAA regulations and Regulatory Administration.
- Project management experience, including familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or ANSI/PMI standards.
- Ability to analyze, understand, organize, and communicate complex technical concepts across multiple disciplines.
- Experience leading major design changes through multiple phases of the product and certification lifecycle.

- Lead special projects and initiatives to advance systems maturity toward type certification and entry into service.
- Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor technical developments throughout certification and program lifecycles.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, regulators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks and opportunities while supporting cross-functional and integrated product team issues.
- Lead detailed investigations to ensure system integration, compliance with requirements, and mitigation of technical risks.
- Drive cross-functional technical integration, certification efforts, and project management activities to resolve complex issues.
