Job Description

Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace vehicle systems and components to correct failures and implement design changes. Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults and perform repairs while supporting validation and verification testing. Document processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, including inspection and flight worthiness standards. Support configuration, overhaul activities, and training efforts while working under general direction.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School Diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years of related work experience ORan equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate’s degree + 2 years of related work, Bachelor’s degree, etc.).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace vehicle systems and components by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading parts.
• Oversee assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and repair mechanical or electrical faults.
• Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
• Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, including repairs, test results, modifications, and inspections.
• Inspect components and verify repairs for flight-worthiness requirements.
• Support and oversee training activities.
