Support the Executive Fleet program. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Will have the opportunity to apply Industrial Engineering concepts to develop operating plans and recovery plans, conduct capacity and constraint-based analysis, develop and refine precedence networks, and conduct overall process effectiveness studies. Opportunities to develop, implement, and improve processes focused on lowering costs and improving schedule performance and quality. Candidates must be able to operate within a multi-functional team, coordinating with various departments.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related STEM field from an ABET-accredited university.
    • 2-5 years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
    • 2-5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer in a factory environment.
    • Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Planning, engineering drawings and specifications, and lean concepts (certifications preferred).
    • Experience with programming languages, including but not limited to Python, SAS, VBA, and SQL.
    • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Precedence network and schedule development between production milestones.
    • Barge support activities include monthly schedule development and analysis, OPE, data analytics, identifying alternate workable jobs, critical chain visibility, and chit board support.
    • Develops Operating plans and Recovery plans on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. This includes constraint-based scheduling and crew cycling.
    • Uses engineering methods (e.g., mathematical models, simulations, statistics) to support the development of optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources (e.g., facilities, personnel, materials, equipment…) in the creation and validation of an operating plan.
    • Schedules work plans, conducts data analysis (historical, trends, and production impacts), staffing, and process improvements.

    • Able to walk, stand, and enter aircraft via steps or ladders.
