The Product Review Engineer 4 serves as a liaison engineering representative, supporting product lifecycle activities by assessing and resolving complex product and process issues. This role leads root cause analysis, develops dispositions for non-conformances, and implements interim and final engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The engineer collaborates with integrated product teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support production, drive improvements, and maintain product integrity. Strong expertise in MRB engineering, structural analysis, and supplier support is essential to ensure quality, safety, and program success.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 9 or more years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD + 4 years of related work experience, Master’s degree + 7 years of related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

- MRB Engineering experience is required.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Assess and resolve product and process issues across the product lifecycle.
- Lead root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances.
- Develop and implement interim and final engineering solutions.
- Support Integrated Product Teams and participate in design reviews.
- Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with engineering standards.
- Analyze reported problems for safety impact and manage resolution efforts.
- Support on-site repair activities, accident investigations, and technical response teams.
- Design structural repairs, including jacking and shoring schemes, and perform strength analysis.
- Develop and implement non-destructive testing procedures, tools, and standards.
- Provide technical training and develop training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support customer communications for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
