Responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that support program reviews, sourcing data, financial analysis, and operational performance. This role focuses on building dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools such as Power BI and Palantir Foundry to deliver actionable insights and improve decision-making. The analyst transforms complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence, automates reporting processes, and enhances data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience.
• 4+ years of experience using 3-D CAD software tools in design function, including SolidWorks or equivalent modeling software.
• 2+ years of experience interpreting and performing to military and/or industry specifications and standards pertaining to design, testing, hardware, material, and processes.

• Preferred Skills
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial, Navy, or Military specifications for environmental qualification testing.

• 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience in the design of shock and vibration mitigation for sheet metal weldment electrical enclosures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute tasks with minimal guidance.
• Ability to lead others in a design team and execute tasks on time and on budget.
• Excellent technical writing skills demonstrated through authorship of technical documentation, including design reports and test procedures.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Perform mechanical engineering, structural, and thermal analysis of power distribution systems.
• Develop mechanical layouts and packaging for switchboards, load centers, and power distribution panels.
• Interpret specifications and requirements to resolve complex mechanical design and analysis problems.
• Lead mechanical engineering design efforts on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with military and industry standards for design, testing, materials, and processes.
