Job Description
Lead engine maintenance activities, including inspection, troubleshooting, repair, removal, and installation of turbine engines, APUs, and related aircraft systems. Responsibilities include interpreting maintenance discrepancies, performing operational checks, and ensuring all maintenance work complies with applicable aviation regulations and technical documentation.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
- A minimum of 8 years of aircraft turbine engine line or shop maintenance experience or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working on corporate jet aircraft.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working on Bombardier aircraft.
- Experience performing engine removals and installations, borescope inspections, and maintenance documentation.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Inspect engines, APUs, and associated aircraft systems for damage, defects, corrosion, and wear to ensure airworthiness.
- Interpret maintenance logs and discrepancies to troubleshoot and determine required corrective actions.
- Perform removal, installation, and modification of turbine engines, APUs, and related systems.
- Repair worn or damaged components using appropriate tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
- Conduct engine and APU operational checks and functional testing.
- Research and interpret technical manuals, engineering orders, and maintenance documentation.
- Inspect completed work to verify compliance with maintenance standards and procedures.
- Assist technicians with general aircraft maintenance tasks and operation of ground support equipment.
- Support engine runs and other operational testing activities.
- Perform mechanical and electrical component removals and installations.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
