Job Description
Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities for proprietary Department of Defense programs, with emphasis on autonomy and autonomous systems development. Collaborate with system architects and engineering subject matter experts to implement digital engineering strategies, decompose requirements, develop system architectures, and capture integration efforts within the MBSE model. This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role requiring experience with MBSE tools, cross-functional coordination, and execution in a fast-paced engineering environment.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related engineering experience with a Master’s degree, or related engineering experience with a PhD.
- Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Successful completion of required training, OJT, or formal classroom training, is a contingency for this assignment.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Support cross-functional engineering teams in developing systems to meet program commitments, deliveries, and customer reviews.
- Support implementation of MBSE as part of digital engineering strategy.
- Support systems engineering efforts, including requirements decomposition, system architecture, environments analysis, specification development, trade studies, program planning, interface management, risk management, certification planning and execution, verification and test planning, and system integration, capturing activities within the MBSE model as appropriate.
- Support interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
