Job Description
Perform aircraft, engine, part, and component inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer procedures. Coordinate inspection activities, review and complete aircraft records, inspect incoming parts for damage and conformity, research technical data, conduct walk-around inspections, and execute return-to-service processes while ensuring all documentation and regulatory paperwork are accurate and complete.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of corporate or commercial jet experience.
- Ability to use a variety of measuring and basic hand tools to interpret and operate test equipment.
- Ability to interpret and process all relevant foreign and domestic regulatory documents, actions, and requirements.
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations, CAA, RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, and TCDS.
- Working knowledge of return-to-service procedures.
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Conduct weighing procedures in accordance with manufacturer-recommended practices and procedures.
- Obtain associated documentation upon aircraft arrival, complete aircraft records, and document receipt.
- Coordinate inspection activities in compliance with computer tracking maintenance programs, including CAMPS and AVTRAC.
- Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts and components for physical damage, count, and conformity.
- Ensure all work packages, records of arrival, maintenance actions, corrective actions, specialized customer paperwork, and regulatory documentation are accurate, complete, and approved as required.
- Research aircraft drawings and technical data, including REO, ENICO, EO, and DCN.
- Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft for release from maintenance.
- Execute the return-to-service process and ensure the assigned aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements prior to return to service.
