Job Description

Engineering Technical Specialist 3 supports the C-17 Sustainment Engineering organization by contributing to engineering integration projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves working on a variety of technical projects, supporting the development and implementation of engineering requirements and metrics, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, adaptable to dynamic environments, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining effective communication with team members and partners.

• Pay Rate: $50.48 - $63.22/hour

• Education & Job Requirements
• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's)
• A minimum of 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s +4 years of related work experience, 10 years of related work experience, etc.).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience presenting project status, progress, and changes in the project to identified project stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Support cross-functional teams with development, documentation, implementation, and review of engineering requirements, metrics, and processes.
• Assist with budget management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize, delegate, and track tasks and action items to achieve project completion.
• Facilitate resolution of issues.
