Job Description
The Product Repair-Modification Technician C supports CMV-22 maintenance and modification operations by performing repair, modification, assembly, and troubleshooting of aerospace components and systems. The role requires expertise in V-22 aircraft maintenance, either in Electrical/Avionics or Airframes, and knowledge of general aircraft maintenance processes, including FOD control, tool control, and health and safety compliance. This position works 100% onsite and may require short-term domestic travel up to 25% to support customer requirements.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience in aerospace maintenance/modification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with V-22 maintenance/modifications.
- Knowledge of Electrical/Avionics or Airframes systems for V-22 aircraft.
- Must have knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and environment processes (FOD Controls, tool control, and health & safety).
- Must be willing and able to travel to a variety of locations (domestic, Military Bases CONUS, plus Hawaii) and for a variety of durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to work 100% onsite at NAS North Island, CA.
- Willingness to relocate at own expense if out-of-state.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Preferred Skills
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Extensive depot-level modification experience.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Assemble, disassemble, and repair aerospace components using established maintenance practices and specifications.
- Perform maintenance, modification, and troubleshooting on CMV-22 aircraft systems.
- Conduct functional and diagnostic testing, problem isolation, and verification of components and systems.
- Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies with parts and assemblies.
- Coordinate assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform validation/verification testing to ensure serviceability and compliance.
- Document repairs, modifications, inspections, and test results in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Apply knowledge of general aircraft maintenance processes, including FOD control, tool control, and safety compliance.
- Support customer requirements and collaborate with engineering as needed to resolve technical issues.
- Travel domestically up to 25% for assignments as required, complying with corporate travel and expense policies.

- Ability to work 100% onsite in a maintenance/modification environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks, including lifting, reaching, and handling components.
- Work involves exposure to mechanical parts, electrical systems, and standard industrial environmental conditions.
