Job Description

The Production-Inventory Coordinator B processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions. The role monitors work in process, communicates parts and material status using automated systems and manual reporting methods, identifies and resolves discrepancies of limited scope, and coordinates with internal teams to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. This position works under general supervision and requires adherence to all safety, quality, and procedural standards.

    • Pay Rate: $24.70 - $26.21 Hourly
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • A minimum of 1 year of related production, inventory, warehouse, or materials handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school or Associate-level training).
    • Ability to work 100% onsite at the North Charleston, SC facility.
    • Ability to successfully complete OJT or formal classroom training as a contingency of assignment.
    • U.S. Person required for export compliance purposes.
    • Regular and predictable attendance.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Process and move production materials and other items into and out of storage, production areas, and designated locations to support workflow.
    • Monitor work in process and update automated systems to ensure availability of required parts and materials.
    • Communicate material status using both automated tools and manual reporting methods.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies with parts or materials using established procedures.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to set priorities and complete production activities in a timely manner to avoid schedule delays.
    • Follow all safety, quality, and procedural guidelines while performing assigned tasks.
    • Complete all required training prior to performing work, including OJT or formal classroom instruction.
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Ability to lift 35 pounds and handle materials as required.
    • Ability to stand and walk regularly throughout the shift.
    • Work 100% onsite in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to operate forklifts or other approved equipment if required.
    • Ability to work under varying conditions in a production facility and comply with safety regulations.
