    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will support the assembly, fabrication, validation, and qualification testing of hydraulic and electromechanical actuation products, including building and utilizing test fixtures and rigs. You will perform acceptance testing, ensure proper calibration and certification of test instrumentation, support maintenance of the test area, assist with external lab testing activities when required, and perform basic machining operations to support engineering test objectives in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma, equivalent certificate, or bronze-level WorkKeys certification.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly, test, and troubleshooting of electromechanical and hydraulic actuation products or related mechanical experience.
    • Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to receive an Export License.
    • Ability to work onsite in Monroe, NC.

    • Preferred Skills
    • Associate degree in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent job experience.
    • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality System.
    • Blueprint reading and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances.
    • Ability to use precision measuring devices such as micrometers, dial indicators, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
    • General hydraulic theory and knowledge.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Fabricate, assemble, and utilize test fixtures and test rigs.
    • Assemble and test hydraulic actuators and electromechanical actuators.
    • Perform acceptance testing of hydraulic and electromechanical products.
    • Ensure calibration and certification of all instrumentation utilized for testing.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities related to the test area.
    • Support external testing activities at labs when necessary.
    • Perform basic machining operations using a drill press, Bridgeport mill, and manual deburr and polishing techniques.
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • First shift schedule with availability for second or third shift, depending on business needs.
    • 40 hours per week, weekdays.
