    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence algorithms and models while supporting data analysis, system integration, and software optimization efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry with typically 3 or more years of experience in software engineering; or a Master's degree with typically 1 year of experience.
    • For Level 3, typically 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of advanced technical education and experience.
    • Experience in C, C++, Python, or modern programming languages.
    • U.S. person required for export compliance.

    • Experience working in DevSecOps or CI/CD environments.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Design, develop, document, and implement Artificial Intelligence algorithms and models.
    • Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
    • Test, document, debug, and optimize AI software systems.
    • Conduct Safety Risk Management processes for AI models in accordance with organizational standards.
    • Integrate AI models into production environments and monitor performance.
    • Collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams to refine AI solutions.
    • Research and implement emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Fully onsite.
    • Regular and predictable attendance required.
    • Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
    • Standard office and lab environment with minimal physical demands.
