- Role Summary
- In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence algorithms and models while supporting data analysis, system integration, and software optimization efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry with typically 3 or more years of experience in software engineering; or a Master's degree with typically 1 year of experience.
- For Level 3, typically 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of advanced technical education and experience.
- Experience in C, C++, Python, or modern programming languages.
- U.S. person required for export compliance.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Design, develop, document, and implement Artificial Intelligence algorithms and models.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Test, document, debug, and optimize AI software systems.
- Conduct Safety Risk Management processes for AI models in accordance with organizational standards.
- Integrate AI models into production environments and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams to refine AI solutions.
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Fully onsite.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
- Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Standard office and lab environment with minimal physical demands.
